I have met a few people on life’s journey that are driven to help others. Recently I have had the pleasure of meeting Jason Kehl, who’s website rockingmentalhealth.com is his awesome contribution to the mental health awareness community and those affected by mental health challenges. The website is a not for profit collaboration of works by various talented people that Jason has bought together to support mental health awareness. The site makes use of different platforms to spread a positive and supportive message, these include blogs, videos, podcasts, music, art and books. Jason is constantly developing and updating the site and plans to expand and evolve it.
